Terms and Conditions
This page is to inform customers of our website www.maxdayprint.com (Maxday Printing (M) Sdn.Bhd) or known as Maxday Printing terms and conditions on which we print and deliver our products. Maxday Printing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions anytime, with or without prior notice to the customers. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any products from our website. By ordering any of our products you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Prices
The price of the Product is the price in force at the date and time of the order. The Company may change the prices of any Products and Services at any time without further notice. The company may refuse to accept and perform order if for any reason incorrect price appear in website due website system or any other error not cause Maxday Printing (M) Sdn.Bhd.
2. Artwork
Customer to upload artwork or design file according to require template. We will not edit customers art work. Any error in the artwork, Maxday Printing will not be responsible. However if found any error during downloading, we will get back to customer for confirmation. The process day will only start upon customers confirmation
- All artwork supplied by customers must be supplied in CMYK format. Maxday Printing cannot be responsible for any colour shift that may occur when converting from RGB to CMYK.
- Printing colour output might be vary from actual upload by customer, as different machines have different level of quality printing output. On single colour printing, all the art work upload in the maxdayprint.com website have to be in black (K=100)
- If customers have any questions or doubts, they can send us details and information through our website or email to us.
- For customers without artwork or design, they can request Maxday Printing to do.Maxday Printing will charge as stated in the website. The process day will start only upon customer confirmation of design. Only maximum up to 10 images per design are allowed. Maxday Printing will only do one design per order. No changes on design are allowed except for details.
- The Customer is 100% responsible for the accuracy of the proofs. Maxday Printing will not accept any liability for errors or mistakes that have been approved by the customers. All artwork done by Maxday Printing has to be checked by the customers side for errors and mistakes. Upon receiving the customers confirmation of the given artwork, customers will bear full responsibility, even if there is an error in text, object placing, color and so forth.
- Customers need to provide full details on design requirement through WhatsApp, website or email.
- Maxday Printing reserves the right to modify or change the artwork according to the template and printing area artwork.
- All printing will be processed after receiving the full payment to Maxday Printing (M) Sdn.Bhd.
- For sublimation products, the printing transfer rate to the products from the sublimation paper will be around 70% +- . Customer will not able to receive same as actual printing art works in the paper or same as in the computer.
3. Ordering
- Customer can do payment using payment gateway provider (Billplz) or other method stated in the website. Alternative customer can do online transfer and send payment slip to our email. For payment through online transfer, the process will start only upon confirmation by our staff.
- Maxday Printing shall take legal action to prosecute customers whom we suspects of making fraud payment to Maxday Printing Sdn.Bhd.
- Maxday Printing will not process any jobs that against the law and illegal.
- If the order is accepted, Maxday Printing will confirm acceptance by the email address provided during customer’s registration.
- Customers have to download payment receipt themselves from their email. Maxday Printing will not provide any hard copy of receipt or invoice.
- Customer has to ensure that all details provided to Maxday Printing are correct, the payment which is used belongs to the customer and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product ordered.
- Orders may be refused without explanation and entirely at the discretion of the Maxday Printing
- At all times full payment, including shipping fees are required for Maxday Printing to begin customers order.
- Any changes in order or cancellation of order, customer must inform Maxday Printing through whatsap or email immediately before we process the order. Once Maxday Printing starts to process order, changes or cancellation are not allowed. There will be no refund of payment once product process started.
- Cancellation of order only can be done before the process start. For order cancellation, Maxday Printing will deduct RM2.00 for the processing fee and refund the balance within 2 to 7 working days.
- All orders must be submitted online exceptional for cases related to bigger file / artwork size and payment through online transfer.
- If customers request for rush order, customers have to inform us upon order. Maxday Printing will charge additional fees (10% or RM30 depending on which is higher).
4. Shipping and Delivery
- All products will be delivered to the delivery address supplied by the Customer during the registration process. Time for delivery is stated in website as process days or number of working days.
- All charges or fees for shipment is stated in the website when customer choose option for delivery. The charges are only for shipment through out West Malaysia only. For Sabah, Sarawak, Singapore and other countries, please request for quotation before order.
- Maxday Printing will provide shipping tracking number for customer through email or handphone. to track their product delivery status.
- Customers are not allowed to decide which courier company to be used. However if customers feel that their courier service are cheaper or better in any way, they can arrange to pick from Maxday Printing.
- Maxday Printing working days are from Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 5.00pm. We will not work on Satuday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
- Below are the examples of how the process days and product delivery to customer works.
Example Case 1.
If in the website stated process day 3 days and customer upload artwork before 5.00pm on Monday, the shipment day from our company will be on Thursday and reach customer on Friday.
Example Case 2.
If in the website stated process day 3 days and customer upload artwork before 5.00pm on Tuesday, the shipment day from our company will be Friday and reach customer on Monday following week.
Example Case 3.
If in the website stated process day 3 days and customer upload artwork after 5.00pm (5.01pm and onwards) on Monday, the shipment day from our company will be Friday and reach customer on Monday following week.
- For some cases, if we ship products on Friday, the customers might able to receive on Satuday, provided the shipping company working on Saturday.
- Please take not that Maxday Printing will not be held responsible for any delay, product damage or other problems due transportation delivery or shipping company.
- Sometimes the product process days will be delayed due to unforeseen problems during the process of printing or during shipment. Maxday Printing will not be responsible for these unforeseen problems. We will inform customer ahead when there is a delay in delivery.
- Any complaints must be made within 48 hours of upon receiving your goods. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to refund or reprint. Maxday Printing has the right to resolve any complaint within our own discretion and we will not be liable for any loss occur to customer.
5. Links to other websites
Maxday Printing (M) Sdn.Bhd website (www.maxdayprint.com) may contain links to other websites. However, once customers have used these links to leave our site, customer should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which customer provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. Customers should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question. Customers has to protect their user name and password from being misuse.
6. Security
- The Site has numerous security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control, such as password. We cannot, however, guarantee that these measures are, or will remain, adequate. We do take data security very seriously and will use all reasonable endeavours to protect the integrity of the information customers provide.
- Access to customers account data is password protected. Customers must keep all passwords confidential and not disclose or share them with anyone. Customers are responsible for all activities that occur under their passwords. Customers must notify Maxday Printing in the event they know or suspect someone else knows or using your passwords.
- Credit card and other types of payment details are processed by a secure server manage by Billplz payment gateway (billplz.com)
7. Paper Quality
We cannot guarantee the paper quality and thickness will be exactly the same as previous orders or samples received by customers as we buy and source our paper from different paper company’s. Paper may vary slightly from paper’s smooth, rough, colour, grain etc. Paper thickness might have +- 5% variations on paper grams (gsm).
8. Acceptance
Each Order shall constitute understand and acceptance by the Customers of these Terms and Conditions of Trade during order process in our website.

10. Privacy Policy
Maxday Printing (M) Sdn.Bhd is committed to protecting our customers’ privacy. The information is collected and then used only for the purpose for which it was provided and will only be shared with other parties that are involved in the fulfillment of your order. Your personal information is never sold or shared with any third parties. We ensure all customers information are treated confidentially.
10.1 Collecting Information
We collect information about customers when customers place an order online, request a quotation or a sample pack or create a customer account. Information require:
- Personal name, IC number, company name and company business registration number.
- Business / house address and shipment address, phone number, fax number and email address.
- Credit card details for the purpose of online payment gateway.
- Other information for the purpose of fulfillment of your order.
10.2 What we do with information collected
- We use the personal information customer provide to supply customer with the information, products or advice customers have requested.
- The information customer provide allows us to process their order and manage customer account.
- It enable us to keep accurate internal records
- We may use the information to improve our products and services
- To fulfillment of customer online order.
10.3 Online Privacy Policy Only
This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
