Regardless of what software is used to create your artwork, your final artwork file should be exported to a print-ready file format / given template, in the correct colour mode and featuring sufficient bleed area around the edge. We encourage you to upload artwork in PDF.

The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 25mb. If your size is bigger than 25mb, you can email to us.

Resolution is a description of image quality. A high-resolution image will appear sharp and precise, while a low-resolution image will be blurred or pixelated. The standard units for measuring resolution are pixels per inch (ppi) on screen and dots per inch (dpi) in print, indicating the number of dots or pixels along an inch-long line. The more image data there is to play with, the finer the picture quality.

Your artwork resolution should be 300dpi. Just because your artwork looks sharp on screen doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll be the same in print. A typical computer screen displays at 72dpi (dots per inch), while commercial print is reproduced at a much higher 300dpi. Because of this, you’ll have to zoom in 400% to check that your artwork doesn’t appear grainy or pixilated.

If your design includes logos, graphic elements or photographs, these should be checked individually to make sure they all appear as they should. Even when the rest of your design is high-resolution, if an imported element is poor quality, that will show through in the final print. Try to make sure logos and photos match the resolution of the rest of your design.
